Brook Laskey has achieved a rating of "AV" by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating available to a lawyer.
Brook Laskey graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in finance in 1992 and he received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University in 1996. He was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 1996 and Texas in 2008.
Brook specializes in propanne and natural gas litigation but also practices in the areas of liquor liability defense, products liabliity and insurance defense. Brook is a Board Member of the Propane Gas Defense Association and is a member of the ASTM Committee E58 on Forensic Engineering.
