Brittany Dutton-Leyda

Ms. Dutton-Leyda is an associate in the Albuquerque office. A graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law, she received her JD in 2023. Ms. Dutton-Leyda is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and practices in the areas of civil litigation, employment and human resources defense, health law, professional liability, including medical malpractice defense, Guardianship and Conservatorship (Elder Law) and personal injury. While in law school, Ms. Dutton-Leyda was on the Tribal Law Journal and served as the Professional Articles Editor and she also participated in the State Bar of New Mexico Judicial Clerkship Program. Ms. Dutton-Leyda participated in the Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Competition. She was the Vice President of the Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Dutton-Leyda was awarded the State Bar of New Mexico Employment and Labor Law Scholarship, as well as the Richard Gonzales Employment and Labor Law Scholarship.
