Joshua Slatton is an associate attorney at Miller Stratvert, where his practice focuses on civil litigation and defense. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a prosecutor with the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office, handling a broad range of cases including DWI, domestic violence, and juvenile matters. During that time, he gained substantial courtroom experience, including jury trials and evidentiary hearings.
Joshua brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to litigation, with experience in case evaluation, motion practice, and trial preparation. He applies his background in high-volume, fast-paced litigation to effectively advocate for clients and assist in the efficient resolution of complex civil matters.
