Todd Schwarz, Nate Cobb, and Dan Akenhead were part of the faculty for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy at the UNM Law School in April 2014. The three-day seminar titled "Taking and Defending Depositions" highlighted deposition tactics and techniques for law school students and practicing attorneys.
